In our group workshops in Aljezur, we combine systemic family constellations with equine feedback to help you see, feel, and transform deep family patterns in a completely grounded way.

Horses are herd animals—their survival depends on sensing energy, intentions, and shifts in their environment. In a constellation setting, they naturally step into the field:

How a Group Workshop Works
Our workshops take place outdoors in a peaceful, natural environment in Aljezur.
Opening & Connection: We start by gathering as a group, grounding ourselves, and introducing you to the horses in a calm, safe way.
Setting the Constellation: Whether you bring a personal topic or participate as a representative, the horses freely move around and interact with the group dynamic.
Real-Time Integration: As hidden patterns and family loyalties come to light, the horses often show us where the energy stops—and where resolution begins.
No previous experience with horses or constellations is needed. Everything happens with full safety, respect, and zero pressure.

We facilitate the group together
I offer these group sessions together with my partner, Bianca Gellert. Having two of us there allows us to hold the space together and stay attentive to the person bringing their topic, the representatives and the group as a whole.
This is especially important when working with the horses. While one of us may be closely involved in the constellation, the other can stay attentive to the group and the horses, noticing what is happening and making sure everyone feels safe and supported throughout the process.
