Youth Coaching
A space for children and teenagers to discover their own strengths, build confidence and find their own way forward.
Growing up isn't always easy.
There can be pressure at school, difficulties with friends or family, self-doubt, strong emotions or simply the feeling of not really knowing where you belong or who you are.
Sometimes it's hard to talk about these things with parents, teachers or friends. Having someone outside of everyday life who listens without judging or telling you what to do can make a difference.
Every young person has strengths, qualities and abilities – even when they can't see them themselves.
An important part of my work is helping children and teenagers discover their own value and build trust in themselves.
Together, we look at what is already there: What are you good at? What matters to you? What makes you you? And what might be getting in the way of seeing yourself more clearly?
Self-confidence doesn't mean having everything figured out. It means learning to trust yourself, your feelings and your own abilities.
Discovering your own value and strength
What we can do together
Sometimes we know exactly what's difficult. Sometimes we just feel stuck.
Together, we can look at challenges, fears, self-doubt, difficult emotions or situations that keep coming up again and again.
Instead of pushing difficult feelings or problems away, we give them space and look at them with curiosity and kindness.
What is actually happening? What might be underneath it? What do you need? And what could help?
The aim isn't for me to give you the solution. We find ways together that feel right and possible for you.
All feelings are welcome
Anger, sadness, fear, frustration – none of these feelings are wrong.
They often have something to tell us.
In our sessions, there is space for whatever is there. We can learn to understand strong emotions, find out what is behind them and explore ways to express them without hurting yourself or others.
You don't have to hide how you feel or pretend everything is okay.
A space without judgement
I don't believe in telling young people who they should be.
My role is to listen, ask questions and help you see things from different perspectives. Sometimes we talk. Sometimes we work with simple systemic exercises or other practical ways of exploring what is going on.
You decide what you want to talk about and we go at a pace that feels right for you.
14 years of working with young people
Before focusing on coaching and Family Constellations, I spent 14 years working as a social worker with teenagers facing many different personal, emotional, behavioural and family challenges.
Those years taught me to look beyond what we see on the outside.
Withdrawal, anger, insecurity or challenging behaviour often have something underneath them that deserves to be understood rather than judged.
They also taught me something very simple: young people need to be taken seriously.
This experience continues to shape the way I work today – calmly, openly and without judgement.
Who is Youth Coaching for?
Youth Coaching is for children and teenagers who would like support with something in their lives or simply want to understand themselves better.
You don't need to have a big problem, a diagnosis or even know exactly what you want to work on.
Maybe you want to feel more confident. Maybe something at school, at home or with friends is difficult. Maybe there is something you want to change but don't know how. Or maybe you simply need a space where you can be yourself and talk openly.
All of that is welcome.
I don't have the answers for your life – and I don't need to.
What we can do is look together at where you are right now, what is making things difficult and what strengths and possibilities you already have within you.
Step by step, we can develop ways forward that feel like your own.

Get in touch
If you are a parent looking for support for your child, feel free to contact me and tell me a little about the situation.
And if you are a young person reading this yourself: you don't need to know exactly what to say or where to start.
We can figure that out together.
